Krishna Jha
Krishna is a first generation entrepreneur. In 1999 he quit Citicorp to start ITFinity, one of the first mobile data companies globally. The startup was backed by marquee angel investors, including the heads of McKinsey, Chryscap, Edelweiss etc.
ITFinity went on to create significant innovations in mobile software and consumer services space, with a customer list comprising of top telcos and phone manufacturers. The company was highly profitable and ranked among Deloitte Fast 500 tech companies for three years in running.
ITFinity was
acquired by OnMobile, the telecom spin-off from Infosys, and the merged entity went public in 2008 in a very successful IPO (NSE: ONMOBILE).
